Day 19 is a Total Body Weight Traimimg workout where we’ll do supersets and work the entire body. It’s a bit longer. Let us know when you get it done ✅

Day 18 is a step day, in British Columbia from our Step Across Canada Program. It was the last province we filmed in on our travels across Canada and it was a great place to end. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 17 is a yoga session from our How to do Yoga series, number 3 of 3. We’ll go through poses to stretch and strengthen every part of the body, as well as including breath work. Be sure to modify the poses where needed. Go at a comfortable pace for your body. Let us know when you’ve completed this session.

Day 16 is a Walk & Weghts workout, number one from this particular program. We’ll do two walking sections with a weight training section in between to work the lower body with dumbbells. Be sure and let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 15 is a step workout, 34 of 65 from our Seven Summit Step Challenge. We’ll climb the summit together and knock out 4000 steps. Let us know when you get it done ✅

Day 14 is a restorative yoga session or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️

Day 13 is a walking workout in New York at Niagara Falls from our Walk Across America Program. It’s a great way to get your cardio knocked out, and you can kick it up with optional cardio pushes. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
