June 2025 Fitness Challenge

Welcome amazing Freedom Fit friends to our next 30 Day Fitness Challenge. We're starting off this new month together! You'll notice for each of our cardio days, we'll be doing a variety of walking or stepping workouts. On weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. Our flexibility days will give us the opportunity to slow down and breathe as well as improve flexibility, mobility and stability. On the restorative yoga/fkexibility days listen to your body, and consider giving yourself an active rest day at least once a week Keep yourself accountable by checking in daily. This is a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.

Day 31, the last day of our May fitness challenge.! Way to go! We’ll finish this month with a cardio workout, 16 of 50 in Michigan from our Step Across America Program. Day 30 is a strength training day for the upper and lower body. Warm-up first then move on to the upper and lower body where we’ll target the total body. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Check in when you get it done. ✅

Day 28 is a RestorativeYoga session that is gentle and helps us to slow down and breathe and stretch. This is our chance to have an active rest day. If you’d like to take a full rest day, listen to your body and do what’s best.

Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check-in when you get it done, and let us know what you’re doing today. ❤️
