Day 24 is a yoga session where we’ll tap into our gratitude. Increase mobility, stability, flexibility, and release emotions through mindful breath work. Let us know when you get it done. ❤️

Day 23 is classic strength training where we’ll target all major muscle groups. Let us know when you get it done! ✅

Day 22 is a step workout from our Footloose series. We filmed in front of the Lehi Rollermills where the teens from the 1985 movie held their school dance. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 21 has the option of 2 restorative yoga sessions or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️

Day 20 is a cardio step day from our Seven Summit Step Challenge. Let us know when you get it done ✅

Day 19 is a total body weight workout. We’ll warm-up first then strength train the upper body followed by the lower body then end with a cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. ✅
