Day 27 is a walking workout from our Footloose “Moving with Movies’ Program. We’ll warm up quickly, then walk through 3 fun sections. Let us know when you’ve got it completed. We love reading everyone’s daily check in’s.

Day 26 is a strength training session. We’ll warm-up on the step bench then move on to a shorter upper body segment, followed by two lower body segments. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Enjoy getting stronger together! Check-in when you have a moment.

Day 25 we’ll be stepping in Minnesota. This location was so fun to film! We’d definitely like to go back one day. Love that you’re still here, working through the September challenge. Be sure to check-in when you get a moment.

It truly depends on what weight you usually use. For example if you use 5 pounds for your light set of dumbbells and 12 pounds for your heavy set of dumbbells, for kettlebell swings some like to go a little heavier than their heavy set of dumbbells, like 15-18 pounds. But always keeping it safe for your body. Hope that helps Lisa Sheppard some try using one heavy dumbbell first in place of a kettlebell to get an idea of what the weight feels like.
