Day 14 is a 28 min Restorative Yoga Session. Take a little time for you, to breathe deep, check in with your body, and listen to your inner self. Use an optional cushion or pillow and a blanket to finish. Let us know what you think.

Day 13 for our September 30 Day challenge is a walking workout in front of Tower Bridge, part of our Walk Across the UK Program. Amazing work everyone. Check-in when you get a moment. Love that we’re here cheering each other on. We’re certainly stronger together. ❤️
