3.6.25 Soooo good! I've added this to my favorites. 🤩 The combinations are simply well assembled and have great opportunity to kick it up. The side-lift-over-the-top is absolutely at the top of my list. 💯

3.5.25 This may be my favorite in the UK series❣️ I really like the over-the-top, walk-around, leg-swing-over, and insole moves. Adding this to my faves.💜 Thanks Jenny❗

3.4.25 Yes, we did it! Gonna have a great day❣️🧧🐘

3.3.25 Time marches on and so do we👋

Thanks Jenny⚓😍

3.1.25 Can it really be March? Good time to march it out and kick it up with hops, lunges and insole touches❣️ Thanks for the great start to a good day. 😍

Wow, now that's a workout! A lot of thinking 💭 required for the coordination, but thankfully Tyler built in the ability to slow down the feed while my brain 🧠 learned and I could get the rhythms. Then, I could go back to regular speed and hang in there. (barely 😜)

I noticed Frank perched himself on a cannon in the background (once it was available) and hung out there for the entire workout! He sure keeps himself busy. 😉

I sure need to come back to master the "putting it all together" part. That was a lot of fumbling and bumbling. 😅 Thanks for the challenge, Jenny❣️

2.27.25 I am baaaack in NC❣️ I forget how much I like the sections in this one. Simple, but as challenging as you want to make it. 😉 Adding it to my favorites this time. 😁💜

Cruises are the best! I even take Freedom.Fit with my by phone app. Then, I find a quiet morning spot to do my workout when very few other passengers are milling about. The last one was a place in one of the lounges. It was mostly dark with some daylight from a window among seating. There was enough space for my walking workout. (I don't take a step platform with me.) Worked great for me when the weather outside was too cold to walk the "track" - we were in Alaska. 😀🧤

2.26.25 Another great workout when I wasn't feeling like it. 🤪 Gotta get those steps in‼️

2.24.25 Adding this one to my favorites! 🌟Combo of brevity and energy made my decision. 💫
