Joined you today from the mini screen on my phone. We are traveling and I have taken you with me as usual. 😁 It's a rainy day in California, but I'm sure glad you had great weather for your filming! No new observations today, since I could not see much around you. 😉 Thanks and be blessed ❣️

Today's stylistic observations: 1) It's very sheik how you are color coordinated with the London bridge metalwork - the bench barre, your top and shoe toes, and even your notebook paper. There's even part of a building peeking out above the trees at the far end of the bridge displaying the same color! 2) The pops of red in the flag and various life preservers on the boats and white railing give a dramatic touch to the scene. 3) all this against the grey sky gives a Victorian era feel to the view.  👟🌉🎽⭕

This is my favorite module in this series so far with the sequenced squats, walk arounds, box step and HIIT hops. 🇬🇧💂‍♂️ Woohoo!

Wonderful that your recovery is going swimmingly 😀

The shuffle of moves in sequences provided for seemingly brand new sections even though all the moves are familiar from other modules. I almost thought I'd have no site observations until the last half came along. That's when I realized the countdown clock was missing! ?⏲️?

Little Ford finally made his appearance late in the workout. 😉 The masking (probably of your notes) got off in section 3 when the paver patterns on the ground were askew. And finally, ta da, the clock appears to show us we completed 100%! 💯 Fun workout to start out my week❣️

I loved all the lift moves, squats and hops. 🏋️‍♀️🦘❇️

I decided to count dog appearances without double counting repeats. Hmm, only 4 (the last snuck in during the cooldown. 🐶 I should have counted suitcases! Next time...😁

Two ladies stayed on screen most of the time - one seated wearing a scarf and the other pacing near the food truck. 🪑🧍‍♀️ This location is full of activity and opportunity to people watch❣️

What an amazing view of an expressive sky over the Kelpies. The horse heads are so grand in size and visual presentation. What a stunning place to film. 🐴🐴

I really enjoyed ALL the HIIT moves today!

Did I notice a band of 4 Fords all in dark jackets/hoodies? I think I spotted Little dude a few times running out his energy around the ponies. 🏃

So fun and just right on challenge. I had9 Nessie sightings. 😉 so entertaining to see a man appear to be capturing Nessie on film 📷, only to see him step to the side revealing a lady posing 😅

I enjoy the side views to zoom in on a step pattern, but we also get to see a different angle of the area and possibly more people around you. 😜 Double blessings! 💕

Transportation crossroads is what I'll call this area. All sorts of wheeled methods to transport - buses 🚌 (sooo many buses of various shapes, sizes and colors), light rail 🚈, vans🚚, cars 🚗 (a rarity in this filming), bicycles 🚲, skateboards 🛹, motorbikes 🛵, scooters 🛴, strollers 🛒, wheelchairs 🦼and even suitcases 🧳.

It's funny how most of your mimics come from young men. The one family was cute where dad started being silly and all 3 of his boys joined in 😅. There must be lodging locations and a college nearby based on the number of suitcases and bookbags I saw. This one is truly a mecca of activity! It makes the time fly ⏰🥏 and adds to the fun 😃.

Beautiful location for a workout! I think I counted 10 appearances of Nessie 🤩 You really did get the perfect day for filming. 😉 Funny how the secret appearances are in line with my apparently not so unique idea. 🙃

I love the little DIY project someone performed to give you a flat surface for safety 😍

At first I thought we entered a haunted forest, how pleased I was it turned out to be enchanted! I loved the appearance of a guitar strumming leprechaun, the mystical deer looked so real, the tiny white butterfly (may have actually been real) and the rainbow with the pot of gold rewarding us at the end. 🎸🦌🦋🌈

I found this sharpened my focus on the sections and thus comes a new idea for a workout series to look for "hidden" images or count the number of somethings in the module. My favorite of the UK walking series so far 😉❣️
