Jenny Ford, seems like that should be a crime! Why would someone do that?! Just ridiculous...🚯

Beautiful, despite the rain! Just love the little floral fountain garden pots❣️💐⛲

Thanks for braving the rain to give us a solid workout. Fun little rainbow caused by a raindrop on the lens and projecting it onto the lamppost on the corner across the street. 🌈🦵💪🌧️

Walking in Cardiff was great. The young man with the blue/green shorts surely found entertainment behind you and dragged his friend into the shenanigans. (Probably college students.)  I see the pesky package remained by the light pole. Little Lad Ford found a throughway and kept himself busy. I also caught fluttering of white paper or fabric - maybe your notes. 🎒📄

In all, a fun time. Thank you👍

Yay for the launch of the UK series!

The Cardiff location has some interesting characters. What was the deal with the mysterious bag? Did that man ever come back to retrieve it? It made for some interesting disappearing acts. Too bad it created extra work for Tyler. 🤷‍♀️

Seems I saw the smallest Ford window shopping. 😉

I believe there must be a college/university nearby as there were several passersby wearing or carrying graduation gowns. 👩‍🎓

And the man who lingered behind you doing a poor imitation as he inched forward, only to scurry away when Tyler approached. People are funny! 😅

All in all it looked like a good filming day. Thank you Jenny and the Freedom Fit team❣️

Yay Tammy! I also switch things up to get some strength training in. You might try holding light hand weights or ankle weights while doing a step routine. I find that it ramps up the intensity plus builds strength.

Ok, this time in Venice I noticed a lot of healthy activities going on in the background. Surfboards, basketball, walking with dogs and strollers, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, cycling and jump ropes. I always thought Venice Beach had mostly body builders, but I didn't see that activity at all. Go figure. I love this module for the people watching!

🏄🏀🚶‍♀️🛴🛹⛸️🚲🕴️

(I tried to find emojis for each, but no roller skates or jump ropes 😅)

I love the Tetons workout! Enough for an intermediate challenge and still 30 min. Cheers to the mountains ⛰️

Wow, finally attempted this one. Great workout. I get a little wobbly on the transitions, but in time it will come. Blessings! 😀

Great start to a Sunday morning! Blessings to one and all 🙏🥰

Yay, home from our Christmas trip and back on the step platform (not just walking modules) :)

Have a blessed 2024 and keep on leading us into a healthy routine. 🥗
