I visited Louisiana in 2005. Back then, I was shocked how empty the streets were and how much of the area was still struggling to bounce back from hurricane KATRINA. I'm sure it's much better now. It was fun seeing the pedestrians being perplexed or amused by your filming right in the heart of the French Quarter. 😅

Well that was fun. I really like the snare drum in the pace music. 🥁

This looks like a fun area to shop. Maybe I'll get there one day.

Two days ago, I finally made it to Stone Mountain on our Christmas trip to Georgia! We were able to see the rock carving on the mountain as we rode the tram to the top, take in the panoramic view of Atlanta and other surrounding cities from the summit, drive over the covered bridge and cruise around some of the lake. Not enough exploration to find your filming location, but a great visit.👏😊

The flow of the water in this module is fascinating as it flows right toward your backside and seemingly splits to either side of the platform. Makes it look like you are on the bow of a boat. 🛥️🫡

Glad you got a break in the weather to film that day. 

Indoor walking is great when the temperature is too hot  or too cold for outdoor activity. Indoor walking is especially handy during travels whether from my laptop or the phone app...so convenient and keeps me on target to keep moving.

Montana starts out as a sweet breezy innocuous little workout...then BAM! You throw in all those HIIT additions and it becomes a blood pumping, heart racing gauntlet!! 😁

What a great workout. Love the scenery. I wonder who or what used to live in that cave in decades past.🤔

Las Vegas is always an interesting workout. Sometimes the people watching leaves me a couple beats behind. 😆 I wonder how many of those families snapped shots of you and may have looked you up and "joined your team?"

I forget that Texas has a coastline. Lovely view and fun HIIT moves. How nice to have the beach nearly to yourself for filming. I wonder what the drone at the end may have captured? 🙄 Look up!

The giggling at the end put a smile on my face. It's great to have joy at the end of a workout. 🤗

New Mexico is a favorite non-nature based scene I love to revisit! Perfect when a short workout needs to be wedged into the day.  5 days to Christmas 😍🎄 

Such a gorgeous view of the Tetons! Wyoming is ruggedly beautiful. Thanks for some great combos and melding of the three at the end.
