New Mexico is a favorite non-nature based scene I love to revisit! Perfect when a short workout needs to be wedged into the day.  5 days to Christmas 😍🎄

Such a gorgeous view of the Tetons! Wyoming is ruggedly beautiful. Thanks for some great combos and melding of the three at the end.

Wow, I forgot how quick the tempo is on this workout. I can sum it up with "energizer bunny." 🔋 I daresay this is the fastest cadence of all your walking workouts. Perfect for the "I need a short workout today" times.

What a fun group of moms and daughters! (What, no sons?) The tots and minis are adorable doing their best to keep up. The tiny wanderer and the dog are precious. Montana, you rock!

🐕🏃‍♀️

Always love Lady Liberty in the background!

14 more to complete my 5th rotation in Walk Across America. After my trip to Georgia, it should be completed. Now to ponder which series to work on next. 🤔

Yay for the Peach State! I'll be spending Christmas and New Year's in Georgia. We'll visit my bro-in-law's family. I'm going to ask them to take us to this park. It'll be about the same time of year you filmed there. 😉 This was a great prelude to our trip. You'll be with me on the App for Walk Across America. (Always my traveling go to workout!) 🚶‍♀️❣️

I'm closing in on completion of my 6th rotation of Step Across America. Only a few more to go.

I always forget how much I like the choreography of this module. Today I noticed the music, but especially the snare drums. They add so much to the frame of mind and determination to continue! 🥁

My daily workout routine with you keeps me centered on eating right and I don't worry about overdoing it on the holidays. At 60, I am in better shape and ideal weight since my mid-30's. All because I stumbled on your YouTube videos in 2019. It's fun when the family asks what state I visited today 😁

This location I have been to twice. We visited both the Space Needle and Museum of Pop Culture. I find the museum building fascinating with its curvy metallic exterior.

I enjoyed both the memories and the workout. Thanks! 😉

My favorite coastal workout in the series. Lighthouses are a beautiful reminder that there is light and direction through the fiercest of storms. 🙏

Thank you for the fabulous view while you filmed on a postage stamp! 🙃

The absolute BEST mountainous background in the series❣️

Who's that lurking behind the camera? Only the "Shadow" knows 😅 (and he brings his trusty string helicopter to pass the time) 😉

Thanks for another great blood pumping module! 😘

Such a beautiful historic location with lots of people staying healthy in the sunshine.

I notice the flags are at half-staff, I wonder what they were commemorating. 🤔
