Jenny Ford - if you come to the Treasure Valley in Idaho, let me know. I would enjoy working out with you. :)

Now I remember why I like the Milwaukee workouts! The combos are great, even for beginners.

I think you were near a courthouse or maybe a county building...the apparently newly married couple that pass in the background are adorable, swinging their clasped hands and almost skipping or dancing across the pathway. 🤵👰💞💍🎩

I'm working on my 6th time through the Step Across America series. This time by alphabetic town sequence. With Vermont being one of the early modules, I decided to add risers to my R33b0ck step platform to increase the intensity, and it was great! Any updates on your Bench Barre?

Those spin/turn combo moves twist my aged brain 😜

This is the first workout I've seen a helicopter fly in and out. At the end during stretches, it was fun watching the guys with the jump ropes. I think only one was jumping and the rest were doing some fancy rope turning. At least they're out in the fresh air and sunshine. LOL🌞

The stunning backdrop for this module always brings me back. There's also something soothing about all the nightscapes you've done. The "special" lighting is worth it 100%!

The unique view of Little Rock makes a nice backdrop with the river flowing between you and the city. Your choices of location always add something special to the workouts. 🧡

It's always great to revisit Lady Liberty with you! The people in the background are always entertaining, but the Manhattan skyline is a wonderful reminder of our nation's  strength and resilience in questioning times. Blessings🙏

I've found that adding hops or bigger arm moves or even holding some light hand weights will increase the cardio aspect of the simpler modules. I like some of these modules best because I can be creative to adjust with more pronounced or even adapted moves to give them some depth, increase my heart rate and increase the difficulty a smidge.  🌟
