What a great mid-town sculpture park. The office workers out walking during the first combo were entertained. It's always fun to see someone passing by take a quick video and move on. 😀📷🥶

Beautiful sunflowers, while you tolerated the heat. The appearance of the dainty little white butterfly was fun.  Good stretches using your bench barre. 👏🦋

There are about three states in which you say "it all started here." Just curious how that came about. Regardless, I'm so glad you were inspired to visit and bring us health in all 50 states!!!

Another great workout revisited. I don't know how you maintain composure when there is traffic so close behind you. It's interesting to see the few "magic" cars appear and disappear into thin air. The slow crawl white car and the dude dressed in red observing and mimicking the arm moves were entertaining. The ballpark in the background was obviously not hosting a game that day. 😉⚾
