This was a great cardio class. The choregrapy for the 3 segments was motivating and the music was good. I have added the Milwaukee step to my favourites list. I had to finish yesterday’s lower body might to mini weights from yesterday so this step class was a challenge but i liked it.

I haven’t done this workout in a while since the first couple of rounds of doing step across America but this is going in my favourites list. I loved the choreography today. I was a bit tired today but the choreography kept me going . Also the music was really good today. Thank you,

The rest of October is blank for me as well. I have restarted my iPad and same result.

I feel really silly. I have been using the 30 day challenge from the list not the calendar… until i read the community posts. Oh well. I guess October will go better. At least I have been following something every day…
