I am loving this mini to mighty weight series. Great for a quick work out or even better, to introduce a person who is new to using dumbbells into their workout. I incorporated dumbbell weights a lot into my fitness routine for decades before covid but cancelled my gym membership at covid and created a home gym instead with Arena fitness bands, dumbbells from 2 lb - 15 lb, door achors, treadmill and step… and of course my fitness apps. I haven’t been using dumbbells as much as I used to but I like how i can use them with this series. Jenny provides a very safe introduction and anyone who is nervous about trying this series should feel encouraged that it is a great way to introduce dumbbells into your fitness routine. The addition of 1 minute per day is an ideal way to progress. Thanks Jenny!

I loved the summit challenge. I have actually done the series a couple of times. It is easy to see why I liked the summit challenge. I am doing this as day 1 of the 30 day challenge in Sept 2024 (belatedly…. But better late than never. ;). Thank you Jenny for all your fitness programs.
