I've completed walk across america...never done Strps before where shoukd I start? Fitness level is medium/active?

I love the HIIT workout you have,the one with your sons, just finished it. It is one of my absolute favourites. The body weight strength is so good, so I would love to see a body weight strength workout for 30 minuter, which is the perfect length for a workout in my opinion. And a 10 minute post workout stretch would also complement all of your workouts!

What step platform are you all using?  The one I ordered, even though it said it was good up to 500 lbs, it bowed in the middle even when a kid stepped on it  so I returned it. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Hi Jenny, I love your March Across America workouts, and have done the whole series more than once! You said that this is the third series and I was wondering if series 1 and 2 are available?

We are still editing our Walk & Step Across the UK & Ireland Series.  I left nothing on the table in this series. We traveled for four weeks straight & met such wonderful people.  There will be 24 workouts in this wonderful, breathtaking program.  We are so very proud of it. 2024 can't come soon enough for me. I'm so looking forward to sharing this series with you.  Love to all! XOXOX

I absolutely love step but every now and again I really enjoy a good dance routine to shake it up a bit!
