That one was tough! The Canadian series seems to be harder than the Step Across America series. For some reason, any time we cross over the bench, it befuddles my mind. So I'll have to repeat this one to get it, but I will repeat until I've got it down. I've asked this before but never got an answer (I sent an email, too), but where or when will we be able to buy your step bench? I need a new one but want to hold out until I can get yours.

Same. She mentioned it in a couple of the Step Across America workouts, so I've been looking for it too. It seems like maybe it never went into production. :(

I'm doing Step Across America, and I'm on No. 21 (Arkansas). I love it! Where can I purchase your foam step bench? I can't find it anywhere!

I know these were released a couple of years ago, but I'm just doing them, and I love Step Across America! Question - in this one, you mention the soft foam step bench you created. Where can I purchase that? I've looked on Amazon and don't see a Jenny Ford specific one.

Oh, my, that was great! Thanks, Jenny.

I'm very much a beginner, and I agree, I think this one should have been the first one, definitely not the 8th. Even though I only started with Jenny and stepping a couple of months ago, none of these moves were new to me.

I'm a new subscriber. I've been exercising regularly for more than a year, and I've been doing your step workouts for a couple of months. I also separately do weights, so I was happy to find this workout that combined the two. It was a great workout, and I can't wait to do the upper body one tomorrow. The lunges are hard for me because of knee problems, so I modify to not lunge quite so far down, but the rest of it, I can do with no problem. Thanks for a great workout!
