Great workout, thanks! I love interspersing the walking workouts with the step workouts. On days I do weights, I do a walking workout, and other days, I do a step, and that's a great method for me. I've done other walking workouts, but yours are some of the best. I love the variety you put into the simple steps, and I love the power pushes.

I've gone through the whole Step Across America and most of Step Across Canada, so I'm doing some of these. This is a good one! Definitely fun and sweaty, and even though my feet get fumbly at some of the complex moves, I didn't fumble too much with this one.
