Paula Noyes I am so very sad to hear of your knee injury! It doesn’t sound silly at all to feel devastated about not being able to step for awhile. Shari Puleo thanks for asking. In the mobile app once you’re in, at the bottom there is a Calander you click on and you’ll see the monthly workout challenge there. Each day, participants can click on the workout links and check-in once they’re done. Let us know if you have any other questions.
