Kimberly Brown thanks for asking. Our step bench is not available yet. We haven't given up yet. We worked for many, many years trying to find a place where the cost of production would make sense. (Meaning it would be low enough to manufacture that we could sell the bench for a reasonable price.) Then Covid hit, and prices skyrocketed with manufacturers. We still hope to find a manufacturer that can produce the bench at the quality we'd like, and keep the final cost low for customers. I love the bench! We've taken it with us all across the world to film the Step Program. I use it when I film in our white studio, and even when I do my personal workouts. So I really do believe we will one day come up with a solution. Thanks again for your interest.

Day 16 is a bit longer step and weights workout with a run time of 60 minutes. We’ll do 3 step combos with weight lifting in between. We’ll work lower body, upper body, then some core work for the weight lifting sections. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 14 is 2 restorative yoga sessions, one with light stretching and one with breath work. Or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️

Day 13 is a cardio day, number 1of 50 from our Step Across America program filmed in Utah. It’s a fun one with lots of back up people, and it’s especially fun to have my three oldest boys in the background. It was such a windy day that day, I had to voice over the entire workout in post production. Love that you’re here taking care of you and your beautiful heart . 💜 Let us know when you get it done! ✅

Day 11 is a strength training day. Warm- up first, then we’ll work the upper and lower body followed by a cool down. Both the upper and lower body segments are a little longer. Day 10 Is a cardio workout from our Step Across the UK and Ireland program. We’ll step together in Cardiff, Wales. It was such a fun experience to film on the High Street and just a small walk from the place we set up we could see the Cardiff Castle. Hope you enjoy, and let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 9 is a total body strength training workout filmed in Oceanside CA. You’ll need two sets of dumbbells, one heavy and one light. We’ll do all exercises in a standing position. Let us know when you’ve got it done. ✅
