Day 7 is a Reatorative Yoga session. On these days, it’s considered an Active Rest day. One day a week we take a “rest day” and have the option to do Restorative Yoga. If you’d like to shift the “rest day” to a different day each week, to fit your schedule, that works as well. Check-in and let us know when you complete this day. Great work completing the first week of our challenge this month. ✅

Thanks for the question Kimberly Brown and feedback on the Canadian Step program. I love that you’re going to keep at it until you master some of the new steps. ❤️ As far as our step bench, it’s not available yet. We haven't given up yet. We worked for many, many years trying to find a place where the cost of production would make sense. (Meaning it would be low enough to manufacture that we could sell the bench for a reasonable price.) Then Covid hit, and prices skyrocketed with manufacturers. We still hope to find a manufacturer that can produce the bench at the quality we'd like, and keep the final cost low for customers. I love the bench! We've taken it with us all across the world to film the Step Program. I use it when I film in our white studio, and even when I do my personal workouts. So I really do believe we will one day come up with a solution. Thanks for your interest.

Day 4 we’ll be doing a yoga session to help decrease stress, increase flexibility, and to overall boost our mood. While we slow down together, we’ll focus on the things in life we’re grateful for. Day 3 is a strength training session. Start with warm-up then move through two sections of upper body strength with some focus on core work. End with an easy cool down and stretch. Let us know when you get it done. Great work on the challenge so far everyone! 🙌

April 2025 Fitness Challenge

Welcome amazing Freedom Fit friends to our
next 30 Day Fitness Challenge. We're starting off this new month together! You'll notice for each of our cardio days, we'll be doing a variety of walking or stepping workouts. On weight training days we’ll either target the upper or lower body or have a total body strength training session. Our flexibility days will give us the opportunity to slow down and breathe as well as improve flexibility, mobility and stability.

Keep yourself accountable by checking in daily. This is a great place to connect with others who are also taking on this challenge.

Commit today to protect your beautiful heart, reduce stress this month, and just feel overall better. Look forward to reading your daily check-in's.
