Hi Dana Perna thanks so much for your feedback. What can we do to help you figure out which workout is which? We’d love for you to have a positive experience on the app, and appreciate anything you could share to help us make it better.

Bianca Bernauer thanks for asking. We’re finishing up some voiceover work on the last of the Mexico workouts. There were some technical issues in some of the areas, and at the Butterfly Sanctuary we filmed without cueing at all to protect the butterflies. Hoping to have the last of Mexico up soon, and we just posted all of Step & Walk Across Australia today. ♥️

January 31 Day Fitness Challenge (2026)

Kick off 2026 Down Under! The January 2026 Freedom.Fit Challenge: Walk & Step Across Australia begins January 1st — let’s make this your most epic, energized year yet!

Pack your virtual passport and join us for an adventure across the land of endless sunshine, stunning coastlines, and cheeky kangaroos! Our brand-new Walk & Step Across Australia program brings 14 fresh, fun workouts straight to your living room — each one filmed in breathtaking Aussie scenery to transport you from Sydney’s sparkling harbour to the wild Outback and beyond.

Every day is a new discovery:

• Cardio Days → Heart-pumping walking or stepping workouts that build endurance, torch calories, and leave you buzzing with that feel-good endorphin rush (hello, mental clarity and happy vibes!).

• Strength Days → Targeted upper body, lower body, or full-body sculpting sessions — building the strong, confident, capable body you’re meant to have.

• Flexibility Days → Delicious yoga flows that sync breath with movement for more mobility, stability, and that sweet “ahhh” release in every muscle.

• Recovery Days → Weekly gentle restorative yoga as your active rest (or full chill mode) — because listening to your body is the ultimate power move.

This isn’t just a challenge… it’s an Aussie adventure with your favorite crew!

Share your sunrise step sessions, funny experiences, sweaty selfies, and wins in our supportive community — we’ll cheer, laugh, and lift each other up every step of the way.

When you say YES to this month, you’re saying YES to yourself: stronger heart, lower stress, brighter mood, and the best quality of life possible. January is a great time to put yourself first, and to show your beautiful body some love.

Ready to hop alongside kangaroos (virtually!), and step into your strongest year yet? Join now and let’s conquer Australia together!
