As a side note, we’re in Australia and New Zealand now for filming our next across the World Programs. We’ll definitely keep the calander updated for your workout challenge but may miss a few days posting daily. Feel free to check in anyway. Would love to hear how you’re doing.

That’s a great question Patricia Soos we are currently in Australia and Nre Zealand filming the next across the world programs. When we get back from our 3 week travels we’ll get back yo releasing some new content. Let us know if you have any other questions.

Day 18 is a step day, in British Columbia from our Step Across Canada Program. It was the last province we filmed in on our travels across Canada and it was a great place to end. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 17 is a yoga session from our How to do Yoga series, number 3 of 3. We’ll go through poses to stretch and strengthen every part of the body, as well as including breath work. Be sure to modify the poses where needed. Go at a comfortable pace for your body. Let us know when you’ve completed this session.

Day 16 is a Walk & Weghts workout, number one from this particular program. We’ll do two walking sections with a weight training section in between to work the lower body with dumbbells. Be sure and let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 14 is a restorative yoga session or it can be a rest day depending on what your body needs. We try to have one rest day per week to give the body time to recover, but gentle stretching and connective breathing can enhance a rest day. Check-in when you get a moment. ❤️
