Day 28 is a RestorativeYoga session that is gentle and helps us to slow down and breathe and stretch. This is our chance to have an active rest day. If you’d like to take a full rest day, listen to your body and do what’s best.

Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check-in when you get it done, and let us know what you’re doing today. ❤️

Thinking about 2020 and the impact Covid had on each of us worldwide. Our family was facing some pretty heavy issues with our oldest son who began experiencing psychotic breaks, and was really struggling with his mental health. We were desperate to help him! And we wanted to help our beautiful followers all across the world who were on lockdown.

We started to film live step workouts on our YouTube channel, and the energy of stepping, sweating, and moving together with fitness friends across the world buoyed us up. Stories started to roll in from those who were stepping with us, and they lifted us in ways we would have never anticipated.

I came across these pictures today that Daghan Aslanger sent of his precious family. He constructed steps from wood they had, and they began following along. Absolutely melts my heart! ❤️

When we are in a position to give, whether of our time, resources, energy, it’s always so incredible how that energy returns 100 times more! So grateful for all of you who continue to move and sweat and share your beautiful stories with us. We continue to be so deeply impacted by each of you! 🩷
