Day 30 is a strength training day for the upper and lower body. Warm-up first then move on to the upper and lower body where we’ll target the total body. Finish with a cool down and stretch. Check in when you get it done. ✅

Day 28 is a RestorativeYoga session that is gentle and helps us to slow down and breathe and stretch. This is our chance to have an active rest day. If you’d like to take a full rest day, listen to your body and do what’s best.

Feel free to adjust this day, move it to a day that makes sense for your schedule. Typically we try to have one rest day per week. Check-in when you get it done, and let us know what you’re doing today. ❤️

Day 26 is an Upper/Lower Body Dumbbell workout. First, do a quick warm-up, then alternate between upper and lower body toning/resistance work, and finish up with a nice relaxing stretch. Let us know when you get it done. ✅

Day 25 is a cardio day where we’ll do a walking workout in New Hampshire from our Walk Across America Program. It was a beautiful location despite the black flies that we weren’t prepared for! 🪰Let us know when you get it done. ✅
